Unknown European Artist (Illegibly Signed): Drawing of a Child in Utero - Circa 1890-1900

I was cruising my usual haunts this afternoon when I spotted this "unusual" turn of the 19th-20th century original pencil drawing of a child in utero. I have seen many prints of anatomical drawings but I can not recall ever seeing an original surviving pencil drawing of this particular subject. It was priced at the very low end of my budget so I bought it for my collection. The signature is difficult to make out but it looks like "K. Ledhiesar" (?). Unfortunately, I could find no references to his or her life or works. I rotated the illustrations for additional views. I suspect this fine detailed pencil drawing was an illustration for a medical text.
